Hi everyone! We've been working with them for about two years and on the last payment (USD 3000) they did a chargeback without any reason and cancelled the payment three months later. We kept asking about the reasons and no answer was received. I strongly recommend to avoid working with them.

I have been working full time for more than 5 years with companies in the sector, both direct advertisers and network, and GlobalWideMedia has shown me that it is one of the least professional and unethical in my experience. I summarize my experience, a few months ago I was contacted by linkedin one of their managers to promote their campaigns, now I usually work mainly with direct advertisers, but they had some offers that interested me. So I wanted to do a test. After a few weeks sending them traffic and their manager asking for more traffic and offering me more similar offers (something I didn't do because I like to go little by little with new companies I work with). Suddenly they send me an automatic message that my account has been blocked and they won't pay me the money generated because their anti-fraud tools have detected proxy traffic. (and they don't send any proof of this) For those who don't know, proxy traffic is very common in pop/redirect traffic, the type of traffic I'm specialized in. So I explain that it is legitimate traffic and payment sources recognized as adcash, propeller ads, zeropark and similar traffic sources. But they refuse to receive any proof and allude to a closure of their policies: “That they can close accounts under their own discretion and not pay the conversions generated” So I finally have not been paid the amount of $2,796.50 and have kept the money from my conversions, since their manager made the "mistake" of sending the conversion report and were all approved, the positive part is that in that report was already the name of the advertiser and I'm generating good figures with them now. So my personal opinion is that GlobalWideMedia is not a recommendable company and if you don't want to waste money and time the best thing is to stay away from them.

Hello Josh, Thank you for your kind response. I have been writing to you since Friday last week but I have not received any response from you until now.So, why do not you answer me? I think all my messages did not arrive correctly or never reached your email so you could not see them. In any case, the issue is that I have never received My Payment for the Past January 2018 from Old Platform “Cake”. Please note that the payment was pending in the old platform “CAKE” and I have not yet reached it although I have set all the settings in the new platform “HasOffres” correctly. Please note that I have received all my payments on Payoneer from 2015 until 2018 without any problems. So I set the payment settings on the new platform “HasOffers” on Payoneer as it was in the old platform “CAKE”. So I think the reason for the delay is mainly due to moving from the old platform “CAKE” to the new platform “HasOffers”. Therefore, I ask you to resolve this technical issue in order to repair it and be able to resume work normally for this new year without any future delays in payments. Thank you in advance. ML.

When it comes to neverblue, I have to say they are one of my favorite networks. I always run a couple of their campaigns each month. I work with Erin. She's beyond awesome!!! If you have any issues or questions, she always responds! I had a few payment issues, but most were my fault. I moved and closed a bank account and forgot to update my info. But Neverblue still pulled strings to make sure I was paid quickly.
